Requests for assistance needs or computer-related problems should be sent by email to:

troubles@mi.infn.it

Please be as detailed as possible in the exposition of the problem, indicating both the machine and the operating system used and an exhaustive description of the problem. In case of really urgent problems or when the use of electronic mail is not possible you can call the Computing Center at the internal number 17313: service available from 9.30 to 13 from monday to friday. At all other times there is an answering machine.
